Season Ticket pictures

By Sean Simmons

Season tickets have been being posted through peoples letter box's this week. And we have got some pictures taken by a forum member to show the people who have not got theres delivered yet a look on what will be in there back pocket next season.
There is a simple look on the booklets with Black, White and Purple hectagons through out the cover. With the Background red the badge fits in to the middle and has two lines of writing describin what the booklet is and the sponsor for the season. Inside the pull out tickets are the same graphics than on the cover but a bit darker and the seating ticket is basicly the same. The club started sending these out last wesnesday so most people should get theres soon.

In Other news Charlton beat Dover 1-0 last night with a Sinclair strike being the only goal of the game.
Aswell ByTheSword is set to get a podcast up and ready for download weekly, as off it is something we are looking into aswell as a match day chat room.

By Lee Jarvis- CAFC

Alan Irvine is reportedly intrested in making a bid for Charltons Jonathan Fortune who is the longest serving player at the valley. Jonathan Fortune still has a couple of years remaning on his current contract for Charlton. Fortune has played nearly every pre-season first team game this pre-season.
The preston manager stated
'Ive got some plates spinning at the moment'
"Sadly we just don't seem able to complete anything just at this moment.
"There are a couple of things that could drop into place at any time.
Equally, they might never happen. It's just a case of waiting and hoping."

Charlton are reportedly after the signature of Plymouth Argyle defender Krisztian Timar.
The 28-year old Plymouth central defender has one-year left on his current contract at Home Park but is close to agreeing a new improved deal with the club However, Charlton manager Alan Pardew could tempt Timar with a move to The Valley by offering better terms to the player.
Timar who is set to become Plymouth's new captain is not unknown to Charlton fans, he was responsible for the poor tackles that left Todorov and Mc Leod on the sidelines with serious injuries for the remainder of the season. However Mc Leod recieved his injury while onloan with Colchester United.Timar joined Argyle in May 2007 for a bargain £75,000 after completing a 3-month loan spell.
